Do you have the lean, toned, sexy body that you want?
After you've tried all of the other personal trainers in Denver,
come to the specialist.
90% of the people in the gym fall into one of three
categories:
1.) You got some results, but not enough or not the ones you wanted.
2.) You used to get results, you can remember what it was like to get results, but you aren't getting results right now.
3.) You've never gotten results, and you're pretty pissed off about it.
I know. I see it all the time. I was there once myself. I can help.
Most trainers are generalists, they work with anyone. I have a very specialized clientel: 83% of my clients are women who want to lose those last stubborn pounds of fat. 11% of my clients are men who want to lose that last stubborn fat. 6% of my clients are sports performance, or came to me specifically for kettlebell training.
The majority of my clients come to me relatively fit, and it's my job to blast off those last 5-10 pounds of stubborn fat and take from a good body to a rockstar body. That's my specialty.
When I work with clients who haven't worked out before, I use the same principles and it literally blowtorches the fat right off of them. If someone is new to working out, if they train with me twice a week for two months they're friends will be shocked at how many inches have dropped off their waist in a few months.

Kerem Fischback was already in awesome shape when she started the program. She's been working out and eating right for years, but she had hit a plateau and, she was stuck.
She was pretty little and didn't need to get any smaller - she just needed to
burn off some stubborn fat and add an equal amount of lean toned sexy muscle.
And that's exactly what she did. Kerem transformed eight pounds in six weeks:
Lost 4.5 pounds of fat and gained 3.5 pounds of muscle, dropping
from an already really good 25% body fat to a “rockstar lean” 21%.
She had a little waist already, but over the six weeks she lost another half
inch off her waist, really tightening up her stomach.
Kerem pulled a hot mini skirt out of her closet that she hasn’t worn in
five years, and it looked awesome on her.

Already lean Melissa Walker dropped from a really good 25% body fat, to a rockstar lean 21.5% body fat in just five weeks. She also lost 3/4 of an inch off of her already skinny waist.

Irina Tchenko is one of those girls that's genetically gifted. She can do pretty much what ever she wants and still look skinny with her clothes on. But when she looked at her stomach, thre was still more fat than she wanted. Turns out that "skinny" and "lean" aren't the same thing.
After just five weeks Irina lost an inch and a half off of her waist and dropped 3% bodyfat. After that she had the body she had the lean and toned rockstar body she wanted and was done.

Lindsey Reimer lost 5% bodyfat, transforming 11 pounds in eight weeks. (losing eight pounds of fat and gaining three pounds of muscle). She lost an unbelievable 4.75 inches off of her waist in eight weeks - and she's still going.
